| |
| Designing and producing unique collections involves
a complicated process with many phases. Here are several
of the steps that happen between design and finished product. |
| |
| After each piece of jewelry is designed, the
waxing department, using injectors, develops
wax molds of each item. |
| |
| |
| The wax molds are then attached in tree-like
structures to be heated and melted away into
plaster molds. |
| |
| |
| Wax molds are melted into plaster molds in
this oven, which reaches a temperature of 700
degrees Celsius. |
| |
| This casting machine melts silver to be poured
into the plaster molds. And after a brushing
and polishing process an item is complete. |
| |
| Items that combine beads, links and semi-precious
stones are carefully assembled in this department. |
