Terms & Conditions
Placing Orders
No Minimum Wholesale or Retail Order required.
Because we believe that it is important to give our new customers the opportunity to experience Kadim Jewelry’s quality and service, there is no minimum requirement for placing first-time orders.
To receive a price quotation, please fill out an Order Form and check the Cart for pricing without clicking the "send" button.
Before clicking Send, we recommend that you "save" your order for your own records.
After placing your order, a Kadim representative will contact you to confirm receipt.
The pricing of your order will not be changed under any circumstances, even if the price of silver and/or other raw materials changes significantly.
Payment
We do not require payment upon placing an order. The total order amount is to be paid before we ship your order, on shipment day.
Payment Method
Credit Card details must be submitted when placing an order to confirm the order and allow it to go to production. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to be shipped.
Payment should be made by Credit Card or Immediate Wire transfer, both at the delivery day.
All bank fees to be paid by customers.
Accepted Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard.
Shipping Method
Items will be handled and packaged into plastic zip\closure bags with item numbers clearly marked. No Kadim tag will be displayed.
The goods will be shipped via courier service Door to Door by UPS Express Saver Service. Delivery cost is calculated automatically when you place your order and can be viewed with pricing when clicking on Cart allowing you to view delivery cost at any time. Normal delivery time is 2-4 days.
You will receive a tracking number immediately after payment confirmation, on the shipment day.
Alternatively, clients may request FedEx services and provide an account number for freight collect payment.
Production Period
Normal lead-time is 3-5 weeks after we confirm your order. In any emergency (such as raw material shortages), which may delay production, we will immediately inform the client of the next delivery time.
How to Order
Please list your desired item on the Order Form in the Shopping Cart. You can start ordering and close your explorer. The order will be saved automatically and you will be able to continue next time you Log-In, even if you are at a different computer.
If you wish to specify the details of size and color (where available), please fill out the remark window beside each item. If you do not include remarks, we will ship medium sizes on rings and colors will be as similar to the pictures on the website as possible.

Cancellation Policy
Orders maybe cancelled within 14 days of the date the order was placed. After this period, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 25 percent of the total order.
Claim and Return of Goods
Each order is carefully checked prior to shipping. Any claim of shortage must be reported to customer service within ten days of receipt of goods.
We will repair without charge any products that are defected and extend to all customers a one-year guarantee. Customers will be responsible for shipping the items to Kadim for repair and we will return them via EMS.
Customers should not return products to Kadim without prior notification.
Privacy Policy
Kadim Jewelry fully protects the privacy of all of our customers and online users. Kadim Jewelry will never disclose, sell, rent or lease any customer information without express permission.
Kadim Jewelry will e-mail you information about new marketing promotions and updates once per month.
Security
Secure credit card processing uses the 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). It gives you the highest level of protection possible whenever you use credit cards or make other financial or confidential transactions over the Internet.
